Home About Us Our Projects Oval Farmers' Market Local History Briefing notes

Welcome to the website of the  Oval Partnership -a not-for-profit organisation working since 2001 to improve the Kennington Oval Vauxhall area of London.  We are best known for the Oval Farmers’ Market which we helped set up in 2007.

Mesolithic timber near Vauxhall Bridge

We are now planning our next volunteers day in September.

Great progress has been made since we first started and the playground is a lot safer now with all of those overgrown bushes cut back  It’s also nice to see the grass growing nicely on the mud patches with particular thanks to all those who dug over the mud patch!

There’s still a long way to go though.  We got a quote for fixing the playground railings and we are hoping they will get done before the next event.
